You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@coloringkits.com of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your PayPal account for the applicable plan fee. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
All sales are final. We do not offer automatic refunds. If you believe you have been charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, you must contact us at hello@coloringkits.com within 7 days of the charge. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-automatic-refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your PayPal account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Subject to your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the coloring pages for personal, non-commercial purposes (or commercial use if your plan includes a commercial license). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display our content as your own.
All content, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by PrintableColoringPage.top or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (c) reverse engineer or extract source code; (d) upload malicious content; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintableColoringPage.top shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
