Our Commitment

We strive to provide a high-quality service. However, due to the nature of digital products — where content is immediately accessible upon payment — all purchases are non-refundable by default.

How to Request a Refund

We understand exceptional situations arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact us directly within 7 days of the charge:

Please include your account email, the transaction ID from your PayPal receipt, and a brief explanation.

Situations We May Consider

Duplicate charges for the same plan
Technical failure preventing access to the service after payment
Unauthorized use of your account (must report immediately)

Refunds are reviewed individually and are granted at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to issue a refund in any case.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future billing. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and may be disputed. We encourage you to contact support first — we are here to help.
